- Over 10,000 m² of Cleanroom Production Space:
The facility is divided into underground and above-ground areas (spanning three levels), each tailored for specific production needs.
2. Precision-Controlled Central Hub (Basement Level):
- The basement serves as the facility’s operational core, ensuring precision in production temperature and water quality.
- Temperature Stability: Equipped with a 2.5-million kcal direct-fired heating and cooling system, maintaining a stable 20–24°C around the clock to guarantee product quality.
- High-Grade Water Systems: Domestic seamless steel pipes from top-tier brands ensure accurate and consistent temperature control for media production.
3. Advanced Storage Solutions (Ground Level):
- A dedicated storage area equipped with state-of-the-art temperature and airflow control systems.
- Real-time monitoring and adjustments to maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and air circulation, ensuring consistent product quality and reliability.
4. Core Production Zones (2nd & 3rd Floors):
The heart of the facility is dedicated to producing cell and molecular biology products, featuring:
- Five Sterile Filling Lines:
- 3 bottle-filling lines for media.
- 1 bag-filling line for media.
- 1 micro-additive filling line.
- Comprehensive Production Units:
- A production line for consumables used in cell culture.
- A freeze-drying additive workshop.
- 2 molecular production lines.
- Strict Sterility Standards: Aseptic filling areas meet B+ grade static and dynamic cleanliness levels, ensuring no cross-contamination and full compliance with GMP-grade quality management systems.
