Designated freezing medium for mononuclear cells
The designated freezing medium for mononuclear cells supports cryopreservation at a high density.
Description
- Designated for the cryopreservation of peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells. The recommended cryopreservation density for peripheral and cord blood mononuclear cells is 3E6~2E7/mL.
- The viability of cells after resuscitation is close to that of fresh cells, and the cell resuscitation rate is above 70%.
- It has an excellent protective effect on mononuclear cells in blood samples, and the activated state of cells after resuscitation is basically the same as that of fresh samples.

Recovery Rate and Viability of Mononuclear Cells Frozen at Different Densities
When mononuclear cells are cryopreserved at three different density gradients, the cell recovery rate is above 70% and the cell viability is above 90% for all gradients.
Recovery Rate and NK Positivity Rate of Mononuclear Cells Frozen at Different Densities After Culturing
After cryopreserving mononuclear cells at three different density gradients, the induced NK cells, upon recovery, exhibited a positivity rate above 85% on Day 7 of
culturing and above 90% on Day 14. The cell activation efficiency was consistent with that of fr esh samples.
Culturing Examples of Cryopreserved Samples
Peripheral blood cryopreservation
Cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cell samples were cultured in a 2-liter system. After 14 days of culturing, a total of 6.48 billion cells were harvested, with a CD3- CD56+ ratio reaching 96.27%.
Cryopreserved Cord Blood Samples
Cryopreserved umbilical cord blood mononuclear cell samples were cultured in a 3-liter system. After 18 days of culturing, a total of 9.81 billion cells were harvested, with a CD3- CD56+ ratio reaching 81.24%.
