Gentle digestive enzymes for stem cells

Artificial recombinant system, without human or animal derived components, and the endotoxin in the products can be controlled at <0.25EU/mL. It has been filed with the FDA DMF, with the filing No. of 37790, which greatly reduces the workload and dif ficulty in submitting the application f or stem cell drugs.
The conventional digestion time is 2 min, and the limit digestion time is up to 15 min, which has solved the problem that the digestion time and digestion strength are difficult to control when the cells are digested by traditional trypsin.
After digestion, there is no need to stop. The product can be obtained by diluting the supernatant of cell cultur e, which can greatly reduce the use cost.
Stem Cell Serum Free Cryopreservation Media
NC1001.1, 100 mL/bottle
The designated cryopreservation medium for mesenchymal stem cells supports cryopreservation at a high density of 2×10⁷mL, and the cryopreservation density is 10 folds that of the conventional freezing medium for serums.
No serum components are added, hence ensuring higher safety profile. It is ready to use, and can be stored stably at 2-8℃.
It requires no programmed cooling, and it can be directly placed at -80° C, and after 12 h, it can be directly placed in liquid nitrogen for long-term frozen storage. The cell viability and thawed rate are both greater than 90%.
GMP Grade Vitrification Serum Free Cryopreservation Media
NC1011, 100 mL/bottle
The designated GMP grade cryopreservantion medium for mesenchymal stem cells is serum-free, protein-free, and DMSO-free. All components are determined and it is suitable for constructing cell banks to support the application of stem cell drugs. It has been entered into the US FDA DMF with No. of 37754.
Using the Yocon Biology “YCRYO Vitrification” vitrified freezing technology, it can be directly placed at – 80°C requiring no program cooling, and it can be directly placed into liquid nitrogen for long-term freezing after 12 h. The viability rate of cells after resuscitation is stable up to over 90 %, and the cell recovery is higher than that of conventional freezing medium.
Transportation and storage at normal temperature greatly reduces transportation and storage costs.
