Yocon Biotechnology Relocates to New Facility, Successfully Completes First Phase of Move!
Recently, Yocon Biotechnology's first batch of employees successfully relocated to our new Miyun production base in Beijing. This move, involving personnel from R&D, production, and registration departments, marks the beginning of operations in our new state-of-the-art facility. The new environment will ensure the continued smooth production and supply of Yocon products.
Our new factory features a cutting-edge R&D center, now operational, spanning 2,200 square meters and equipped with advanced research equipment and laboratories. This enhanced infrastructure provides an optimal environment for ongoing research, development, and innovation in serum-free cell culture reagents. We remain dedicated to launching safer and more effective products, contributing significantly to human health.
Yocon Biotech's Miyun base boasts top-tier production equipment, advanced R&D facilities, and a comfortable office environment. About Yocon Miyun Base
Located in Zhongguancun Industrial Park, Miyun District, Beijing, Yocon Biotech's production and R&D base covers 25 acres, featuring a purified production area exceeding 10,000 square meters. The facility meets GMP standards with B+A level static and dynamic cleanliness in its aseptic filling areas.
The base includes five aseptic filling production lines for culture media, two clinical-grade cell culture material production lines, and one freeze-drying production line. These lines produce clinical-grade consumables like FEP cell culture bags and multi-layer supply bags, as well as drug-grade reagents such as GMP-grade mesenchymal stem cell serum-free medium.
Equipped with a direct-fired machine room with 2.5 million kcal cooling and heating capacity, the facility ensures temperature stability and product quality. The water purification system, featuring double-stage reverse osmosis and electric desalination, uses top-quality domestic seamless steel pipes, guaranteeing energy-efficient operation and consistent water output temperature.
As a high-tech industrial project in Beijing, Yocon Biotech's Miyun production base complies with the regulatory standards of the China Food and Drug Administration, CE, and FDA. Set to be fully operational in early 2024, Yocon is committed to delivering high-quality, innovative products to customers worldwide, continuing to pioneer advancements in cell therapy.
